Job Description

*Data Ingestion Technical SupportGlobal Data Hub department is at the center of several business data initiatives. Its core mission is to accelerate Schneider Electric data transformation.To enable this transformation, we are looking for a Data Ingestion Technical Support to help various Schneider Electric business units to ingest their data with the expected quality standard in our big data platform.You will be exposed to a challenging and international environment, working with different business units of Schneider Electric, and team members spread out between Paris, Grenoble, Bangalore and Barcelona.Roles & Responsibilities: Support technically business project teams to ingest their data in our big data platform Raw Data Layer, working closely with Platform owner, big data engineer and cloud architect.Educate business projects on the platform ingestion rules, standards and best practicesCommunicate on ingestion pre-requisiteInvestigate any technical issueVerify and validate that data are ingested as per requirement and quality standardsEnrich ingestion standard documentationManage change requests on existing ingestion flowsHand over to support team when new data flow ingested is deliveredSkills : Ability to engage with multiple technical teams with a supportive attitude to achieve a shared goalAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.Technical skills :Good knowledge an AWS technologies (S3, Lambda, Step function, Presto, DynamoDb, EMR with Hive, Presto and Spark)
