Job Description

    • Become a senior member of Consulting and Operate team that builds/Support end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual work and drive analytics capabilities
    • Build/Support Intelligent Automation solutions thru low code/no code tools
    • Lead projects and work streams through project life cycle
    • Ensure requirements are captured accurately and solutions are meeting internal client s needs
    • Empower business process SMEs to own production support & change management of their automation solutions and ensure seamless transition from CoE to process SMEs during the warranty period.
    • Drive the adoption and implementation of new tools / technologies in partnership with Digital Accelerators.
    • Partner with business/product team, peers on the CoE team and technology to provide training, planning, implementation & troubleshooting support for process automation throughout lifecycle of the product from ideation to go-live to retirement of solution / migrating to strategic solution.
    • Maintain all the project related artifacts and updates in a centralized inventory.
    • Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively to stakeholders and developers.
    • Monitor, control and report key milestones & deliverables of the project and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful completion.
    • Partner with Business Control manager to ensure operational risk reviews are done and recommended controls are incorporated in the automated solution.
    Qualifications
    • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
    • At least 3 years of hands on experience using data analytics, intelligent automation and data visualization tools. Preferred toolset: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath, Python, SQL but other tools and programing skills will be advantage e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, VBA, R, web development)
    • Experience in training business users with citizen led development tools / technologies will be preferred
    • Experience working on Process Improvements areas will be an added advantage
    • Preferred degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, Engineering, Computer science or related field

    • Good understanding of ETL/Data Transformation and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau)
    • Knowledge of process automation software (e.g., UI Path/WinAutomation/Automation Anywhere) is preferred
    • Experience with python programming language and workflow tools (e.g., Pega, Signavio) is a plus
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel, Power point, MS projects)
    • Proficient in drawing process maps, writing report & creating scorecards
    • Excellent understanding of Finance processes and applications
