Job Description

    • Set the vision and strategy for Data analytics for regional business. Streamline and systematically execute the strategy to enable data driven organizations.
    • Lead, Plan, coordinate, supervise all activities related to design, development, implementation of the Intl Ops regional data analytics initiatives.
    • Liaise with Global Data and Performance teams to align the regional priorities and showcase the regional challenges and needs.
    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Regional Data and Analytics Manager will be part of the International Ops Regional team, part of the Schneider Digital s Enterprise IT organization. This position requires experience in Technical leadership with enterprise Data systems and industry standard Analytics tools as well as strategic leadership to work with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Customer First: Be the voice of the customer, deeply understand the regional data needs and align the user needs with all levels of stakeholder - (Global, regional, zonal, country)
    • Product Strategy and Development: Define and design analytics solutions, with ML and AI technology advancements.
    • Engineering leadership: Manage multiple development teams supporting different products or services. Direct and guide the team to review different project requests, timelines and cost. Develop, distribute, support, enforce and integrate best practices and technology standards across the organization.
    • Lead the Intl Ops Regional BI team to deliver Data Analytics solutions in alignment with the Global strategies, while meeting the growing needs of the regional businesses.
    • Develop a game plan for optimizing the BI platform by determining how best to use existing data analytics, architecture, and technology, and where to make improvements.
    • Engage with the global Enterprise Architecture and Product teams to align on the SE strategies and tools. Propose enhancements to processes for regional adaptability.
    • Inspire creative thinking within the teams, encouraging the capability to take educated risks, while challenging stagnant situations
    , * REQUIREMENTS: Education :Bachelors or graduates degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experienceJob Related Experience:15+ yrs overall and 10+ yrs experience in the Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and application development areas. 5+ years experience of managing cross functional engineering team.Deep knowledge of Solution architecture and design for enterprise data warehouse solutions. Knowledge of varied data and analytics technology platforms and tools. Experience delivering large scale enterprise solutions. Background in Data engineering and dimensional modeling skills and advanced analytics.Technical expertise with one or more of the industry standard data platforms.Experience with MS SQL, SAP, SAP BI, AWS, Redshift, and Alteryx preferred.Business Understanding :Ability to work with stakeholders, define strategy and implement with ease.Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with executives as well as conveying of difficult and complex ideas.
