Job Description

    * SCOPE: Responsible for organization of downstream flows based on the means and methods required.
        • Organize the downstream flows and improve the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management
    Main activities:
      • Contribute to the design and the implementation of MPH
      • Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to internal rules and update internal stock (kanban) parameters
      • Lead the Master Production Schedule process with the other functions
      • Demand Management / Align the production priorities
      • Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan
      • Be the key user for the department for information system
      • Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level
      • To be in a continuous improvement approach for OTDS, OTDC, OTDM, No. of Rescheduling (NOR), Second Commitment Accuracy Level(AC2), Optimize LT and MOQ, Manage the FG DIN, Unhealthy Stock Reduction, FMI management
    Required Skills:
      • SAP SD, MM and PP User Level Proficiency
      • Microsoft Applications Excel, Power Point - Middle level
      • Kinaxis - User Level Proficiency
      • Stake holder management skills
      • Analytical Skills
      • Team Management
      • Good communication
      • Conflict Management and Problem solving
