JOB PURPOSE - SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the leader of the IS&T Performance & Process team, the Continuous Improvement leader will be in charge of various continuous improvement initiatives. The role will require to work within an international team, partially based in France. The candidate must be able to travel to France occasionally.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the IT improvement roadmap, which objective is to reach sustainable process efficiency throug following activities :
    • Design of the process maturity model for IS&T
    • Workshops organization with service owners to complete the maturity assessment
    • Analysis of the maturity results and definition of an action plan with Service Owners
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives :
    • Set-up measurements to capture IS&T performance and quality
    • Assess opportunities to implement new initiatives (costs / benefits) with related service owners
    • Monitor the implementation and measure improvement
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement Community within IS&T :
    • Animate the community of Continuous Improvement contributors across IS&T organization
    • Identify needs and initiatives to support efficiency improvement
    • Monitor the pipeline and communicate on achievements
PROFILE
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, business, management or related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement initiatives in IT ecosystem
  • You have a good background of IT organizations (ITIL processes, IT outsourced delivery model, SIAM / MSI)
  • You have knowledge of Continuous Improvement Frameworks (e.g. PDCA , Lean, Six Sigma) and Process maturity assessments /framework (e.g. CMMI)
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and organization skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • You have excellent writing / editing and verbal communication skills
  • You have a highly collaborative style with strong ability to work with different stakeholders and are able to work independently
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international and matrix environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
