JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the IS&T Engineering Program manager, you will be in charge to deliver Information System & Technology projects for the Alstoms Engineering domain YOUR JOB: Plan and organize projects Plan/organize the delivery of the Project in the region and its activities in accordance with the Global & Regional roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating modelContribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategyPropose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / qualityEnsure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and toolsApply templates and records to document Project activities following our standardsWork closely with PMO and ensure project methodology is adhered toResource projects Contribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing modelEnsure that capacity plan for the project are maintained timelyLead projects Contribute to the Project strategy definition in the regionBuild strong and lasting networks with key stakeholders in IST&T and BusinessManage the Project plan scope / resources and tasksManage Project interdependenciesIdentify and mitigate risks drive out barriers to success, escalate as neededManage Project staff by providing direction, input and feedbackCommunicate with PL and other stakeholders in the region to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the ProjectControl projects Report Project status timely and following standardsEnsure that the Project operate within the approved budget / scopeMonitor all budgeted Project expendituresEnsure that all financial records for the Project are up to dateIdentify and evaluate the risks associated with Project activities and take appropriate action to control the risksUse the Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project and to identify areas for improvement (lessons learned) PROFILE: Candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
• You hold an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, and have more than 10 years of experience on Project / Program management
• You have solid knowledge on Engineering domain
• Ideally you have already delivered transformation/carve in/carve out projects on Engineering solutions (PLM systems based on 3DExperience are a plus) - including integration with upstream / downstream applications such as MDM / ERP systems and Business Intelligence solutions
• You have worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
• You demonstrate good communication, efficiency and ability to execute and meet deadlines. You are result oriented, autonomous and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
• You have a very strong leadership and are business value oriented
• Fluent in English, you are eager to work in international environment in matrix organization
