Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the worlds most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Market Associate Partner you will be responsible for leading the security practice of the market, client engagement, leading and/or mentoring on consulting engagements, financial metrics, signings, revenue, profit, and utilization. Responsibilities:

  • Work with across market, and connect to APAC and global teams, to drive security consulting and services and help shape the emerging model of the market Security practice
  • Provide demonstration of credentials in cloud security, SOC, data security, IAM, infrastructure security, security consulting, and more
  • Create compelling security solutions that utilize the IBM Security Service capability to provide compelling propositions to clients. Know how to win using your deep security SME sills.
  • Create or validate SOWs based on our offerings/capability or create something new to meet unique requirements
  • understand client requirements or creating them to meet expectations. Communicating this in a SOW format.
  • Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio
  • Provide practice leadership to your team by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement
  • Contribute content and advice to the offering development process
  • Attract the top security authorities/SMEs. Grow and motivate the team
  • Help establish capability and skills models for the core domain
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in top security consulting teams
  • Experience in international deployment roles
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in projects related to the core domain:
    • Cloud security & migrations
    • Application security
    • Security Intelligence and Operations (SIOC) (expert)
    • Data security (structure & unstructured)
    • Infrastructure and endpoint security
    • Security technical testing
    • Security solution design
    • Technical security assessments (via formal methods and tools).
  • Working knowledge of industry standard risk, governance and security standard methodologies
  • Competence with Microsoft Office
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Security certifications like CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, etc.
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
