Job Description

*This position is for an IT Manager within the Global Information Services Cloud and Hosting Division. In this position, you will coach, guide and facilitate the continued growth of a diverse technical work group to develop collaborative relationships among themselves, with business partners, suppliers and other multiple other information technology groups to ensure goals are achieved. You will lead an organizational climate / culture which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement / commitment, operational excellence and a sense of urgency towards business success.You will be the global service owner responsible for data center networking, hosting services tools and shared services. You will also lead the hosting organizations group accountable for project management and hosting services automation. This diverse set of responsibilities help you grow and gain experience in multiple areas from operations to architecture, business relationship management, new technology introduction, and driving process modernization.You will continually learn and stay abreast of always changing technologies, drive innovation, mentor and coach people inside/outside your work group and deepen your professional network. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Global service ownership for data center networking
  • Sponsor and continue to expand the hosting automation team driving simplicity, consistency and speed across the division
  • Sponsor division wide projects and provide guidance and mentoring to project management resources
  • Direct work with other business units, information security, on-premise infrastructure teams, application teams, enterprise architecture and suppliers
  • Be technically engaged to guide team to make crucial technical decisions in relation to product, processes, tools, and technologies
  • Continually benchmark industry and provide analysis and proposals associated with talent acquisition and retention
  • Mentor and coach work group
  • Manage team s budget
, * Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Eight to Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT software, Enterprise Architecture, core IT services, and/or project management
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
  • Previous supervisor experience, or proven team leadership, leading an application development team, a large multi-functional team, and/or highly skilled technical resources
  • Demonstrated quick and clear decision making skills, strong people management, and a focus on developing others
  • Experience with public cloud services, technologies, capabilities, agile, devops, micro-services and transforming from on-premises to public cloud
  • Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills and business acumen
  • Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • An enjoyment for significant challenges, change management, and being held accountable to produce quantifiable results.
  • Adaptability and a passion for change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, as well a strong ability to influence others both in and out of the department
  • Competency in customer focus, change management & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership
