Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization. The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate ensuring successful IT end to end architecture the following business domain: Hardware Services, from Case handling and Customer Care to Orchestration and Logistics and Finance The current application landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which application development activities leads to transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster refresh of the new innovative application landscape.What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:

• Provide expertise on Hardware Services processes and tools:
  • SRM (Service Request Management - Salesforce based front-end case handling tool)
  • SOO (Service Order Orchestration - PEGA based application for Workflow Rules, routing for Logistic Order, Repair Vendor Invoice Reconciliation)
  • ERP
  • Logistics
  • Specific HWS Tools
    • RC Tools (web based system to capture failure and repair information for units repaired by internal and external repair centers worldwide)
    • WES (repository of customer warranty period information for products, supports warranty database queries and Web service access through EAI from various customer support and warranty repair and replacement systems)
    • etc.
  • and including notions on DSP (Demand Supply Planning)
• Deep understanding and extensive experience in leading-edge CRM and Software-As- A-Service (SaaS) solution - Salesforce.com having cross cloud expertise across Sales, Service, Community Clouds
• Support IT project manager and HWS, SC and FI process owners
• Translate of business requirements into IT requirements
• Design and develop functional solution architecture, application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, DevOps Strategy & implementation, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education
• Contribute to the growth of the Service Cloud practice at Nokia by serving as an active contributor to promote knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich Salesforce practice at Nokia
• Provide recommendations within IT and to the business on HWST solutions.
• Responsible for the transversal and Architecture aspects of project implementations in close cooperation with the Nokia IT project manager, Enterprise Architects and the solution Architects / Owners
• Responsible for completing the HWST architecture and Transverse documentation
• Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC s

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• 3-5 years of advanced analytics development experience required
• Proven expertise with one and more of the following : Salesforce.com, PEGA, SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Integration tools
• Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
• Database modelling concepts
• Data base Normalization concepts
• Workflow modelling concepts
• Functional knowledge of applications in Repair, reverse logistic, finance, transport, business process area
• Experience in software development and software deployment processes
• Provide technology strategy planning
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
• Expertise in Application lifecycle management
• IT Technology knowledge, trends & direction
• Industry, Market & Technology Understanding
• Information security understanding
• Application / solution architecture understanding
• Self-confident, strong problem solving, Pro-activeness
