    • Strong experience with Object Oriented Languages(OOD), C#, and .NET skills
    • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
    • Experience with .NET core, Asp.Net MVC and Microservices is required.
    • Strong proficiency with front-end development (HTML/CSSS/Bootstrap etc.).
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Thorough understanding of Angular/React and its core principles
    • Strong experience in modeling and implementing API services using both SOAP and RESTful.
    • Strong experience in WCF and Asp.Net WebAPI for building RESTful services.
    • Experience with Relational Databases, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and using ORM tools such as EFCore or Dapper.
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
    • Experience with test-driven development (unit testing and mocking framework)
    • Experience with common build tools like Jenkins
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
    • Must have programming skills on SQL
    • Should have good experience in Database optimization and performance tuning on SQL Server.
    • Good to have understanding of SSIS/SSRS.
    • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
    • Good understanding of the technology and domain
    • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills.
    • Experience with AWS/Azure or cloud services is an added advantage.
    • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, branching, defect tracking and release management.
