Job Description

WE NEED IT MANAGER FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL IN BANGALOREBE (Computer Science or equivalent) or BCA or MCA or BSc or MSc (Computer Science) from a reputed institution Minimum 6 - 10 years of IT experience in Hospitality domain with proven knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality technologies. This will include a minimum of 4 years of experience as IT Manager in a reputed brand.Excellent knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera PMS/ CRS/ S&C/ Micros or Simphony POS/ Spa management/ Back Office ERP Financial Accounting, Material Management, Payroll, etc.), hardware and interfaces Expertise in managing Hotel guest, admin and CCTV data network systems Knowledge of LAN and WAN management Proficient knowledge of Server/ Desktop/ Laptop/ Printer Management Good knowledge of E-mail management Expertise in management of EPABX/ Video Conferencing/ CCTV system/ RFID Key card system/Passport Scanning system, etc. Expertise in management of application data backup, retrieval and best practices Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes Mail, Microsoft Windows 10 or above client OS, Windows Server OS 2012/2016/2019, SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016/2019 Insightful knowledge of Active Directory, Document Protection, Data Security and File
