Job Description

    Job Title - IT ManagerLocation - BangaloreSalary - 22LPA FixedStartup experience is mandatory.Responsibilities :- Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations and activities of facilities and programs in an assigned area.- Provides leadership, support and guidance to the company management.- Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.- Directs and oversees development process and workflows and reports to supervision.- Coordinates software development strategies and activities to ensure the delivery of high quality software product while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines and requirements ensuring efficiency and economy.- Participates in the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the region, division, and company.- Implements location-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards.- Responsible for researching the latest programming techniques and web technologies- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents- Developing test plans and cases, as well as, the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted methodologies- Working closely with team members, designers, oversees developers and vendors to meet business requirements- Communicate with the manager and team members on issues and in providing solutions- Leading the team in achieving the project goals and meeting the project schedule- Any other tasks which may be called upon or assignedRequirements: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.- 8+ years of professional experience in IT, internet, or software industry.- Experience in the leading role for a group of developers.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to perform in a leading role of a software engineering team.- Excellent skills in maintaining relationship with other department in the organization.- Must be willing to work with an internationally distributed team.- Passionate about our field of business.- Good plus with experience in securities/stock industry.- Good plus with experience in social network.Technical Abilities :- Strong programming skills in any programming language in PHP, Go, Java or Python.- Good understanding in concurrency and parallelism.- Good knowledge in common data structures and algorithms.- Experience in SQL and Database such as MySQL, Redis and MongoDB.- Familiarity in messaging queue such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc. Text indexing such as ElasticSearch.,
