Job Description

IT Operations Engrg Manager IIJob Locations IN-BangaloreRequisition ID 2021-58125 Category IT & Operations Whats the role SUMMARY OF JOBAs an IT Operations Engrg Manager , He/she will be responsible for end to end responsibilities of operations in a particular shift and team. This position reports to Sr IT Dev Ops Manager.

  • Ownership of quality and integrity of the Incident Management process. Creating daily and weekly status reports
  • Setting guidelines for assigning priority of a ticket, assigning tickets to different tiers, information exchange in the process of incident resolution etc. Monitoring and managing the Operations teams. Approving ticket de-prioritization
  • Overall accountability of Operations team. Ensure all monitoring Tools are up & running.
  • Ensure appropriate assignment of service monitoring amongst Operations staff.
  • Carry out daily & weekly audits/spots checks and send report to the team.
  • Coordinate Shift Handover and send Shift handover reports. Daily health check reports.
  • Weekly Management Report & Backlog Reports.
Who are you
  • Supervise data to day operations in the Support operations department.
  • respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Perform an immediate and initial assessment to determine severity and fit for CAP
  • Administer a structured escalation process that incorporates criticality & impact assessment, SWAT team, communication, and resolution plan
  • Coordinate with CAP team and lead actions with functional leads and other stakeholders
  • Create clear roles for action plan, reporting, and communication
  • create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
  • Participate in internal HERE technical communities and in the broader industry through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles for your domains of expertise
