Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Job Summary The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager will be a key member of the organization. He or she will be responsible for managing big data and advanced analytics initiatives, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence and data warehousing. The position requires building strong technical hands-on skills and experience as well as establishing close business relationships across the enterprise. Working closely with business stakeholders, Candidate will be responsible for managing the team and driving the programs & projects for the enterprise. Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support several IT disciplines that are essential to the day to day business operation Serve as a key driver on various new technology initiatives and programs on behalf of IT organization, including big data Conduct research into new BI and analytical solutions including big data analytics, Tableau, etc. Serve as strong advocate to improve analytical capability across the organization Communicate with various business areas and to gather and prioritize their business requirements Support various reporting and BI solutions Manage application and data integration platforms Manage the full life cycle of development/reporting/integration projects: planning, design, develop, testing and rollout Manage solution providers, define sourcing approach and manage the providers Understand business demands and manage the budget for BI related initiatives Manage a team of three and provide guidanceDesired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in computer sciences, or similar technical discipline 7+ years experience Previous management experience and successfully leading a team of direct reports Proven track record of effectively leading and managing employees, managing performance, setting goals for team/individuals and provide mentoring. Experience with big data technologies and advanced data analytics Demonstrated expertise in the related IT technical domains Project management experience, including: delivering implementation projects for new solutions in complex environments with many involved parties (technical disciplines, IT, software vendors, outsourcing partners etc.)SKILLS- Maintain and manage the MDM data through informatica, Informatica Data Director, Entity 360 framework- Master Data Management, Data lake Data Science & Data Analytics, ETL, Data Integration, Data cleansing, Data profiling, Data Quality, Data Governance and Business Intelligence Applications- Break fix and small enhancements- Coordinate and help resolve MDM issues- Informatica Power Center, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Address Doctor, Trillium, Salesforce, Tableau, Python,- SQL server and very hands on in technology,
