  • Manage and execute Market driven IT Projects at the ground level, liaison with business & IT stakeholders.
  • Work with Security Team & Vendors to on board the vendors post IT Clearance.
  • Business process management and creating blue Print documents to get the solution reviewed and approved from the Global IT Architects.
  • Managing Website and content update hosted on Adobe Experience Manager/equivalent.
  • Veeva / Salesforce / CRM exposure will be helpful . Veeva Approved Emails content push and support Marketing Planning and roll out of the content .
  • Work with Adobe Campaign Team to support the India Marketing company Mail and content journey needs
  • Co-ordinate UAT for the projects with the Business users .
  • BAU support Training & Communication on new features and enhancements in applications of AZ ( Veeva / Concur / other Internal applications )
  • India IT strategy(digital and IM) planning, execution and reporting .
  • Development and deployment of various Digital and Information Management solutions.
  • Monitor the existing applications and if any issues observed work with the Support team to address the same.
  • Train end users on new enhancements of the applications that are used ( Veeva CRM , etc ).
  • Vendor management , Project Management , Resource management & Budget tracking of projects for the Marketing company.
  • Support the BI / Analytics Journey of the Organisation.
