Please mind the Signify tone of voice, make it personable and energetic and avoid corporate language>Leads by example in squad effectiveness, efficiency, continuous improvement and quality of work at daily stand-upsCoordinate interaction with other Squads of own Tribe and other Tribes (e.g. during Quarterly Tribe Review planning or other tribe Squads synchronization ceremonies)Coach and inspire the team on delivering added value, trust, transparency, effective practices, contribution, attitudeMake proposals on the Squads composition and headcountEnsure the need for specific capabilities are fulfilled through recruitment and development of people (incl. hiring &retiring), in coordination with Tribe Lead who is responsible for recruiting;Stimulate knowledge sharing within and beyond the Squad, Tribe and our own organizationResponsible for cost-control within the squadAct as trusted partner for the Product OwnerTake responsibility for supplier performance in close cooperation with IMS/Procurement for the key suppliers assigned to his/her SquadYour qualifications<max 5 bullet points and only the need-to-haves!
