Job Description

    Key sill and designation:Desktop support Engineer, system admin, remote support, technical support, L1 Engineer, L2 Engineer, hardware and networking,Job Location:BangaloreQualification: AnySalary CTC: 1LPA to 3LPAImmediate joiner ( within 15days )IT Support Engineer ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure Hardware, software, networking and computer systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware and basic networking issuesClients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems mails /outlook/PrinterMaintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.Trouble Shooting experience on Mail Client Outlook is MANDATORYWorking knowledge of PC and operating systems and Microsoft Office ApplicationsInstall and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.Troubleshooting issues related to standard office softwares (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet clientRemove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software updates.
