This will include working with project managers/service delivery managers to prioritize demand, developing test plans, managing resources, providing the required governance and reporting and test script development and execution. We are also looking to automate testing where possible. This role will play a key part in this initiative.As part of our team, you will:

• Work with project managers to identify and prioritize demand for testing
• Clarify and finalize requirements
• Develop test plans
• Manage the testing governance process to ensure that all testing adheres to required process and quality standards and receive appropriate approval.
• Identify and manage resources
• Ensure delivery to agreed dates and/or service levels
• Test script development
• Test execution
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to IT Leadership and the business
• Manage and resolve issues
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks.

Your skills and experience You have:

• 10-15 years of test management within an SAP Environment.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
• Testing automation experience
• Understanding of SAP processes
• Use of testing tools (e.g. HPQC and JIRA)
• Experience of Agile methodologies
• Experience of complex, cross-functional multi supplier projects
• Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
• Ability to network within the IT and business environment
• International team Management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps
• Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
• Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Drive for Results
• Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment

It would be nice if you also had:

• MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
• SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
• Understanding of SAP MDG processes
