Know more about the LEADER of: Gartner s 2013, 2015 & 2017 Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Application Suites and The Forrester Wave : eProcurement, Q2 2017Java/ J2EE Engineering Lead will be responsible for Technical ownership of an entire product design development from scratch, which extends to:Mandatory: 6+yrs. 6 -13 yrs experience in Java, J2EE and associated technologies (Spring, Hibernate, restful, Web Services, Micro Services, Spring boot).Should be able to build solution which is easily configurable, deploy able and secure in SaaS environment.Must have worked on spring or spring boot.Strong hands on development experience in Java, J2EE.Handson exp. in datastructure/ algorithms will be mandatory.Relevant exp. in design patterns will be good to have.Ability to lead and mentor a team of 2-3 developers.Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the productResponsible for planning product iterations & releasing iterations on schedule.What should you have:

  1. Product development experience in agile environment will be a big plus though not mandatory.Highly Tech Savvy and hands-on.Strong evidence of a solution/product created ground up.Education Qualification: GraduateTechnical Skills: Core Java, Advanced Java, J2EE, datastructres, algorithms, Exception handling, Collections, Oops, design patterns etc.
Product Development:Has in-depth knowledge on technology and end to end development processes.e team.Has the ability to recommend new processes / alternatives to meet Product development requirements and rolling them out.Leadership Abilities:Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members.Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the productShouldnot hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation withteam members, peers and managers for the benefit of Product.Opportunity to be a part of core product development team of Zycus.Hands on end to end developmentThere is flexibility in our working hours, and our policies are employee friendly., RequirementsThe Applicant with a total experience of 6-13 years, should have hands-on development experience in Core Java and J2EE with proven expertise in writing application architecture and core design ground up with sound algorithmic thought process enabling bullet-proof application performance in terms of key drivers like security, load, scalability, etc.Skills and Technologies:
  1. Versatile experience with delivering highly available services on multiple technology stacks in traditional data centers, public clouds, and private clouds.
  2. Java, Data structure/algorithms, collections, Spring, Hibernate, Web-Services, restful, Design Patterns.
  3. Nice to have: Any new cutting edge technology (Java, Microservices, Angular, react.js or node,js fullstack exposure or Nosql db, mongodb, cassandra, Neo4j, dynamodb or Apache, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ELK stack (elastic search, logstash, kibana), redis, solr, etc.)
Team mentoring:
  1. Mentor developers for difficult tasks & provide technical advice and guidance to the Tech Leads.
  2. Guide the team is doing POCs and early risk assessments.
  3. should have direct reportees.
Leadership Abilities:
  • Optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members.
  • Identify, track and mitigate risks to the product
  • Should not hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of Product.
  • should have handled a team of 10 developers
