Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the technical execution of delivering a software artifacts and solution by a dev team.
  • Help the team understand the architecture, intended design and technical requirements, driving detailed design and immutable interface decisions, removing technicalimpedimentsand leading in code reviews and test automation.
  • Ensure all non-functional and technical requirements (like automation, security, documentation, deployment, etc.) are met by the implementation
  • Resolve design issues withApplication/LeadArchitect(s), lead in estimation and setting technical objectives
  • Conduct reviews and critiques code and drive the team in continuous improvements, coding and testing standards
  • Encourages and participates in experiments and spikes to foster innovation and adopting new technologies, tools, design patterns, and other technical improvements. Leads in improving,protectingand focusing the team to maintain high productivity and frequent delivery of working software.
  • Lead and help the team manage dependencies, technical debt, NFR s, CI/CD pipeline, test environment, etc.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team, including design thinking,trunk baseddevelopment, frequent releases, limiting WIP, training and certifications.
  • When not performing specific TL responsibilities, the Cloud Engineer responsibilities applies.
