  • Analyse project requirements & technical architecture to design the solution
  • Plan, analyse, design and test the code
  • Perform functional and technical testing to make sure it s ready for UAT
  • Work closely with UAT Users
  • Accountable for assigned project deliverables, including accurate test reporting to the test manager.
  • Manage test environment requirements and liaise (and coordinate) with staff in testing support.
  • Plan & execute releases to Production
  • Facilitate problem resolution, and verify fixes received from application team.
  • Conduct reviews and inspections of project deliverables (eg. FS, system test results, etc.) and provide feedback.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to quality.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of project assignments
Process and Compliance
  • Good understanding and able to apply processes laid down defined by project and SCB.
  • Comply with the software quality management practices and policies (defined by QMF).
Customer and Service Focus
  • Responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations.
  • Establish a close working rapport with Business team to understand issues and risks underlying the project.
  • Able to manage multiple projects whilst still ensuring process compliance and deliverables are adhere to.
Our Ideal CandidateQualification
  • Field of Study - Computer Science /Information Technology / Banking
  • Certification - Bachelor Degree/Master Degree
Skills & AttributesMust have
  • Strong Testing & Management experience for various platforms build on SAS/Python/Database/ETL
  • A good knowledge on development activities & understanding of architecture and technologies used in MOSAIC platform
  • Experience in Front End Web Technologies like Javascript, jQuery, HTML5
  • Experience in Advance administration of Apache Tomcat configuration & tuning
  • Developing interfaces with enterprise systems for various integration points
  • Hands-on experience in Project management tools, testing, defect tracking & release management
  • Good understanding of and experience in projects (e.g. SDLC, Agile methodology)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of development & testing experience.
  • Experience working in large or medium scale complex projects in multinational banks covering all phases SDLC
  • Ability to work independently and within strict timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess banking application knowledge
  • Strong technical and analytical skill
  • Expert knowledge of Automation tools and usage such as Java, GIT, Cucumber, Selenium, TDD/BDD, Jenkins
  • Strong knowledge of Database concepts, SQL and Unix.
  • Good knowledge of SAS, ETL , DWH concepts
  • Familiar with financial and regulatory reports
Nice to have
  • Testing or project management experience
  • Development experience is preferred
