Job Description

    SALARY: Upto 8 Lacs LOCATION : Bangalore, Karnataka, India VACANCIES: 1 QUALIFICATION: B.COM MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 6years to 10years JOB DETAILS Responsibilities: Key contributor in the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, reserve calculations and intercompany transactions Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial packages to Corporate on workday 2 Maintain US GAAP and local statutory books and records Book daily cash entries and perform bank reconciliations monthly; assist with cash flow management Assist with the credit and collections process, including follow up with customers for past due amounts Assist the Accountant recording and paying account payables Assist with preparation of monthly payroll, including employee travel expenses, gratuities, leave salary, superannuation Prepare and support the GST, TDS, PT & PF filings Compliance with Corporate SOX controls and documentation Assist with the quarterly physical inventory process Maintain fixed assets, detailed asset and depreciation schedules. Review capital expenditures to ensure proper classification Review revenue transactions and document revenue testing per US GAAP reporting Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates, using BPC Assist with local and statutory reporting requirements, as needed Assist with transition to SAP ERP system Other ad hoc projects, as requestedQualifications: Bachelor s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ CPA or equivalent. 7- 12 years of accounting experience in a public company Understanding of US GAAP and SOX internal controls, experience with audits Profound knowledge of India accounting standards and local reporting requirements Strong experience and working knowledge of ERP systems. SAP and BPC preferred.
