Job Description

    This position will directly work with the Information Security team and may work with our IT and business stakeholders.-Deliver project support services within area of responsibility.-Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to monitor the achievement of project tasks.-Ensure adherence to project management, change management, and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls.-Oversee/manage contingent workers status in Fieldglass.Responsible for renewing resource orders, and on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner.-Communicate with cross functional teams on project status and alignmentto ensure effective and efficient execution of projects in line with guardrails of scope and timeline.-Identify risks and escalate as needed for resolution.-Manage tickets in Jira and follow up with responsible parties to ensure tasks are making progress.-Coordinate with team members to gather requirements and metrics for key stakeholders.-Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs-May work with external vendors/suppliers and Procurement teams for RFP/RFI processes.Qualification Requirements-Efficient and agile in managing projects/tasks-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)-Great organization skills and time management-3+ years of experience in related field,
