With a combination of dedicated research facilities for Amgen, Baxter, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Herbalife, as well as 1.9 Mn sq ft of specialist discovery, development and manufacturing facilities, Syngene works with biotech companies pursuing leading edge science as well as multinationals including GSK and Merck KGaA.The Role The role is responsible for operation, cleaning and maintenance of equipment of Injectable facility in GMP Formulation development centre. .Key Result Areas Role-specific:

  • Equipment setup, operation, dismantling and cleaning of equipment, packing of filled vial and PFS, other process equipment would be added advantage (multi skilling on various other equipments)
  • Coordination with supervisor or scientist while manufacturing of batches and performance qualification of process equipment like Filling machine, Lyophilize, autoclave and terminal sterilizer.
  • Daily log book entries and verification of instrument as applicable
  • Hands on experience on the instruments like, pH, conductivity and Do meter, sonicator, filter integrity SS Vessel and peristaltic pump.
  • Entries in batch records during batch processing and relevant equipment usage log books
  • Co-ordination with engineering and maintenance team during preventive maintenance of all process equipment.
  • Co-ordination with cross functional department for completion of production targets and support for achieving of production numbers for weekly, monthly and annually
  • Monitoring and maintenance of equipments logbooks
  • To ensure implementation of EHS policy.
  • Supporting for functional department for audit preparation and monitoring.
  • Facility readiness during audit/visit.
  • To ensure and implement procedures to target Zero Incidents.
  • To ensure proper Housekeeping and to circumvent EHS Violations.
  • Facility readiness during audit/ visit
  • Equipment cleaning record and checklist update
  • Area monitoring and status update of facility and equipment
