You will work very closely with Senior Product Leadership and document existing and future workflows for Invest. You will collaborate very closely with engineering and keep the team in sync with daily stand-ups and have regular retrospectives and planning meetings. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to dive into key Product initiatives, have a keen eye for detail and the drive to make the product a reality.KNOWLEDGE
• A minimum of combined 3+ years experience in Business Analysis or Product Management areas
• A minimum of combined 3+ years experience in Brokerage industry - Sell Side Brokerage, Buy Side Brokerage, Retail Brokerage
• Expertise in any two areas of Market Data, Portfolio & P&L calculations, Middle Office processing, Clearing and Settlement processing across Exchange Listed products such as CASH Equities and ETFs.
• Some knowledge of Options, Mutual Funds and/or Crypto is desirable
• Series 99 required or must obtain within 6 months of employment
SKILLS
• Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities, i.e. Managing complex deliverables and maintaining high quality data standards while meeting project timelines
• Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a highly compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner.
• Adept at working cross functionally with technology, service, marketing and product teams to create, implement and evolve our reporting solutions offering tangible, measurable client results.
• Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner (Scrum/XP), with an understanding of the critical skillsets leveraged, including:
  • Product roadmap development and communication
  • Backlog grooming and prioritization
  • Partnership with architecture and engineering teams to ensure complete product definition, including both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Acceptance criteria and KPI implementation to drive product level Definition of Done
  • Cross-team prioritization and dependency management in a scaled Agile environment
