Job Description

    Licious is hiring for a Key Account Manager - Blended Spices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing Modern trade sales across India with close coordination with the Central offline team.- Deliver AOP Revenue, Volume, Share and Profitability for the Modern trade channel- Sales enablement - Drive and deploy systems and processes. Share insights with the offline business management team in delivering the Sales Targets for the geography. Build excellence through timely execution planning, tracking results and supporting the review process.- Manage Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility & Infra placement at the stores for the Modern trade channel.- Expansion of distribution infrastructure & relationship management with category manager- Making the AOP in line with the overall category targets & ensure that the same is achieved on the defined frequency.- Develop appropriate Promotion Calendars with the Customer factoring cost effective Promotions, Feature Ads, New Product Introductions, etc. - Build stock estimations and work with Supply chain to deliver 100% availability in Modern trade channels.- Commercial Hygiene - Support Finance team to ensure payments come in on time and account reconciliation happens periodically. - Support field team to ensure Best in Class execution. - Manage listing of new products. - Growth Opportunities - Identify and investigate market level growth opportunities through improved Channel mix and Product mix. Also, understand, drive and share Retail Channel Category wise contribution highlights.- Planning and Delivery of Trade Initiatives such as Displays, Contests, Schemes, Consumer promotions, etc.- Develop Effective Communication, track and support timely target communication and deployment across Modern trade channel- Co-ordinate and drive the new launch initiatives across Modern trade channel- Identify Distribution partners contributing positively to the business, and develop a system of filtering-out the non-performers.- Lead by example in following code of conduct, corporate governance policies, & other sales policies and Processes.- Build campaigns in retail stores and strong partnerships with other co-related brands. Skills: a) High level of consumer obsession. Ensure that a high bar for consumer experience is maintainedb) Extremely strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem solvingc) Should have an over-all P&L thought process, trade-offs that need to be made and impact of various decision on different line items of the P&Ld) Strong relationship management skillse) Good influencing & negotiation skillsf) Good stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from internal & external stakeholders Preferred Experience 1. Key account manager in Modern Trade channel is a must 2. P&L management - Category / Product or Business Management roles in traditional / online sectors preferably F&B and FMCG is a must3. Person should have fought the odds and built reach & business in the offline channel in the last 5 years.4. Experience of entrepreneurship/ working in a small to mid startup is a plus 5. Eye for detail, field execution is a must6. Strong internal & external communication7. Distributor & team management8. Strong geographical understanding9. Should have strong connect & equity in the Modern trade retail space to help penetrate fast,
