Job Description

    • Field recruitment: Finalizinga list of colleges and training institutions which will be able to provide long term recruitment opportunities and conducting awareness programs for their students and providing their data to the backend team
      • Setting up a circuit of colleges to visit and conduct programs
      • Liaising with the internal teams for the marketing collateral required for the programs
      • Liaising strategically with stakeholders like principals, HoDs, placement officers, students and their parents
      • Educating the audience through a presentation regarding the overseas job opportunity
      • Clarifying fees and structure of program
      • Generating interest and making sure that most of the candidates provide their details for further communication
      • Providing career guidance for immediately interested candidates
