Job Description

    • Project Role :Application Lead
    • Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Management Level :9
    • Work Experience :6-8 years
    • Work location :Bengaluru
        • Key Responsibilities : Integration Consultant: 1 Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery Perform 2 maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accruals and timekeeper 3 Prior experience in supporting functional testing integration testing and UAT 4 preferred Assisting the customer with testing understanding the solution and hand holding during handover of the system 5 Experience in Test automation or manual testing wrt UKG platform Mentor junior member
        • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Workforce Management domain is a must 2 More than 3 years of experience in Workforce Dimensions 3 Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping Accruals Basic Scheduler 4 Must have knowledge on Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Workforce Dimensions and knowledge in Dell Boomi SQL Reporting and WIM Integration
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communicator and proactive approach to daily activities 2 Problem solving attitude Participate in code reviews 3 specify questions or concerns including by members across the team
      • Educational Qualification : M Tech or B Tech
