Job Description

Job Purpose: - As a L&D Manager for Uniphore Software Technologies, you will work with L&D functional leader in establishing the culture of learning and high performance by delivering best in class learner experience with a major focus on building L&D foundation in 2020 (including streamlining induction, executing the plan for Manager and Employee Centre Of Excellence). You will also contribute to the road map of establishing Uniphore University - UniphoreSity which is an all-encompassing learning platform for all Uniphorians (including partners as stakeholders). Over a period of time you will assist the L&D Leader in creating an in-house mid to senior leadership development programs, in partnership with Functional Leaders and external consultants. - You will partner with key stakeholders to ideate and execute learning solutions (Cultural - Managerial - Leadership - Functional) for our employees. You will work with internal stakeholders like functional leaders, HRBPs to conduct LNIs, design programs and execute them. You will also build frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs, link the L&D solutions with business cases / projects to ensure practical application of the learning. Track effectiveness of the programs as per the Kirk Patrick framework. - To succeed in this role, you must possess strong understanding of L&D as a function and adult learning concepts, along with high level of ownership, creativity , and bias for action to drive the projects with necessary guidance. As such, you must be analytical, detail oriented, and be adept at problem solving. You are expected to be a fast learner and have the ability to build stakeholder relationships. Excel at prioritizing workload, have strong attention to detail, and be able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve results. As an ideal candidate you have experience of working with external consultants and vendors and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in this role. Key responsibilities: Business Consulting - The L&D Manager will assist L&OD head to provide consulting to functional leaders with the development and execution of a strategic learning plan - Collaborate with vendors, partners and the associated ecosystem to bring learning opportunities to the organization - Work along with the Support Functions for designing Learning Plan and Calendar for fulfilment of training needs across the organization. Project Management - Own all Global programs. Responsible for ensuring the programs continue to deliver against the organizations needs (functional / cultural / leadership) - Manage Training and Certification Trackers - Program Management of learning charter (programs responsible for) and ensure flawless execution per calendar created and shared. Ensure high-touch for audience pre, during and post program - Manage virtual / classroom / online contests / learning - knowledge fests with existing and potential talent - Collaborate with business leaders / SMEs to curate online knowledge portal for the organization L&D Operations - Ensure content development, finalization, participant selection as per organizational/ / functional / individual learning needs - Be familiar with a variety of learning mediums to Design (blended learning solutions), Deliver, align, and integrate capability building programs across bands / roles / functions - Execute and Govern the Digital Learning initiatives across organization including LMS management, digital content and other electronic platforms - Analyse feedbacks to modify/ change and re-design modules accordingly. - Manage the operations of the Learning Organization (Monthly Learning Dashboard, Learning Reports, LMS Reports, Post Feedback Curation, Session Attendance Maintenance) - Adherence & Governance of the training calendar - Ensuring Data Discipline by maintaining common training folders, files structure and access L&D Innovation - Learn from the ecosystem and bring the best practices in to ensure there is a compelling pull to learning - Use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes (comfort with creating inhouse infographics , doodles, short videos and online courses) - Be open to agile learning methodologies, actively advocate for it and help transform the learning culture of the organization - Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Learning and Development. - Application of gamification techniques, building a self-study and digital mind-set for approaching learning Key Competencies - Prioritization and Bias For Action - Project Management skills - A flair and ability to understand and relate to business metrics - Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development techniques - Excellent communication skills and hands on experience on excel/ power points - Skill in public speaking and moderating large groups, Facilitation Skills - Program Branding Designs - Basic eLearning conceptualization , story-boarding and e-Learning creation - Ability to digitize manual/repetitive work - Flexible, can-do attitude - Experience of working with e-Learning platforms for IT courses - Experienced in handling multiple SMEs and stakeholder management - Demonstrable experience in making data-based decisions to design learning experiments Education and Experience Requirements - At the least 5 - 6 years- experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development. At least 3 years of experience in core Learning & Development preferred - Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - L&D consulting experience working with senior management, hands on min 2 in-house L&D Solutions Development and Deployment with effectiveness measurement at L3/L4 - Experience working with multiple geographies, and the ability to run projects across those geographies - Preferred skills like strategic thinking, process consultation, change management, systems thinking, group facilitation, executive coaching, and team building Uniphore is a global Conversational AI technology company with offices in the U.S., India and Singapore.
