Job Description

    PRIMARY SKILLS :
    • Must have strong knowledge and administration experience in MS Exchange server roles & Exchange Online
    • Knowledge on Active Directory.
    • Handling Hybrid deployment and Mailbox migration issues.
    • Strong knowledge on Outlook / MS Teams / OneDrive and Mobile device Active sync troubleshooting
    • Knowledge on handling Exchange Online and SharePoint service request like providing access / revoke access etc.
    • Good understanding on email spam and spoofing issues. Able to identify such issues and report of Security team.
    • Experience Office 2010, 2013, 2016 & 2019
    • Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Exchange online. (Mail Flow, Mailbox and Email restoration)
    • Good understanding in handling Windows 10 and Desktop issues
    • Experience in troubleshooting 3rd party / Office 365 business applications.
    • Good understanding of SMTP and able to assist requestor in enabling or configuring SMTP on printers /
    • Applications etc.
    • Knowledge on Exchange online power shell for day to day activities
    • Good understating of Exchange online Security & Compliance center, should be able to monitor and report any
    • activities to security team
    • Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
    DESIRABLE SKILLS:
    • Able to understand the email flow issues internal & external
    • Strong knowledge on MDM solutions
    • Basic knowledge on OneDrive and MS Teams.
    • Understanding of Share point on-prem and online
    • Familiar with email filtering solutions like Proof point or Mimecast
    • Understanding of Hybrid exchange setup
    • Azure AD connect
    • Active Directory
    • Windows server operating system
    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Handling Exchange Servers, Exchange online issues.
    • Generating reports for internal Audits.
    • Responsible for updating, sharing weekly & monthly tickets tracker and analysis.
    • Handling Office installation and configuration requests.
    • Generating weekly report for Exchange Online License usage.
    • Work independently on tickets resolution and drive it towards closure.
    • Creating Technical Documents for day to day operations.
    • Providing training to freshers Should be flexible for rotational shifts
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Customer-oriented, and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Ready to work in rotational shifts (24/7)
    • Exposure in practicing ITIL standards for Infrastructure management
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must have completed Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Office 365 Messaging certification.
    • Must have Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
    • ITIL V4 Foundation certification
    • Applicants with Professional Degree having sound technology knowledge.
    • Experience using OS like windows and Linux
    • Experience using Azure/AWS services.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) PREFERRED SKILLS Certification ITIL V4 , Microsoft certified messaging administrator associate (MS-203) BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES
    • Demonstrates a can do attitude and is willing to stretch self to achieve and exceed defined goals/targets
    • Excellent problem solving / troubleshooting skills
    • Takes the initiatives in identifying appropriate personal development opportunities.
    • Applies systematic approach to problem resolution and should be able to explain ideas clearly to others.
    • Ability to work in Teams
