Job Description Lead Analyst (5 years)Team: MedTech-Data (Brand Tracking)Location: BangaloreCLARIVATE | DRG is looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented individual contributor for the role of a Lead. Analyst. In this role, you will work with a team of domain and data experts to mine and make sense of PMR data pertaining to patient and procedure studies usage and discharge on medical device, #procedures from sample hospitals extrapolated to national totals. Alongside PMR projects there would be opportunities around three different aspects of the US healthcare market: hospital purchasing, hospital claims and EHR (electronic health records). If you re interested in working directly with major MedTech competitors and enjoy working with complex and Real-world datasets, this is a great opportunity.Responsibilities include:Effectively build, mine, and manage multiple datasets, which will be required for market modelling and analysis Designing surveys to capture the required data, collecting, and analyzing the data Keep a track of procedure trend and new entrants in the market Evaluate data outputs for market trends and draw insights; correct any potential errors and issues Research and understand novel device markets, including major competitors, uses, and product segmentation Conduct client webinars, support sales team client pitches and demos, manage and handle custom requests from key clients in the medical device space Guide junior team members, lead complete data delivery with minimal supportRequirements: Expertise working on Healthcare or Lifesciences domain projects such as KPI reporting, sales analytics, marketing analytics, patient analytics, payer analytics, brand management and provider analytics Good understanding of Ostomy, Intermittent Catheter, and Diagnostic Imaging market (procedure and devices used). Expertise in handling and manipulating large data sets Exposure to sampling and survey techniques, performing ETL, data and analyzing outputs generated from different methodologiesSkills:Grad/ post-graduates with relevant experience.
