Job Description

18969 Lead Demo Delivery Architect (Open)Position Type:Full timeLocation(s):IN.Bangalore.Office1Summary:Provides overall technical leadership for customer visualization solutions, providing both standard demonstrations and customized demos and Proof of Concept (POC) solutions for sales opportunities. Provide end to end architecture guidance for Singleview centric solutions that are integrated with other CSG and 3rd party solutions. Lead the technical implementation team ensuring end to end functionality of software is within the scope of the solution defined.Position Details:From an overall perspective:

  • Provides technical leadership and accountability for the design and implementation of Singleview and integrated components in the demo solution.
  • Ensures technical viability of solutions to support frequent use case modifications by identifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.
  • Improve the base solution by incorporating improvements from individual demos.
  • Defines methodology, processes, and quality assurance process for the technical team. Recommends and ensures compliance to standards and tools.
For each demonstration preform the following:
  • Translate demo use case requirements into end to end use case specifications that could span multiple components in the solution.
  • Creates work estimates for preparation of demo requests or additions of new feature functionality.
  • Assists the pursuit team and demo Product Owner demo scheduling, technical team task scheduling and additional capacity resource requests.
  • Coordinates with technical demo teams to keep the deliverables on target and on time.
  • Supports technical customer interactions with the Product Owner and Pursuit Team.
