Job Description

    Indicative roles & responsibilities:
    • Understand and stay abreast of the current developments in various industries and the hiring patterns.
    • Identify business opportunities, potential clients.
    • Find and generate leads through lead prospecting, networking, cold emails, cold calls, field sales.
    • Brief clients about services, understand client requirements,
    • Set-up meetings or calls for sales team and/or vertical heads.
    • Meet sales targets.
    • Prepare sales collateral (Sales decks, Business decks, Product Presentations)
    • Identify and execute up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent soft-skills.
    • Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
    • Familiarity with lead generation tools or of working in a similar sales role will be an advantage.
    • Must have an instinctive affinity for selling.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be aware of and be capable to understand current economic developments and their impact on the business.
    • Must have good analytical skills.
    Eligibility:
    • Any graduate degree / Masters of Business Administration in Sales & marketing.
    • Experience: - 1 year in sales or business development.
    • Candidate must be a resident of Bangalore
