You love working on new and complex problems, finding deep consumer insights and crafting the right story in a simple and engaging manner. You are curious about micro and macro developments and can identify consumer marketing opportunities in the same. You have a desire to try out new things.     • Develop the brand and product marketing strategy for 1Weather.
    • Craft the positioning, value proposition and messaging, driven by consumer insights
    • Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive developments to define the communication road map for the brand and work closely with the business/ product teams to develop the same
    • Define the vision and build the brand health of 1Weather brand with consistent messaging and channel marketing mix
    • Drive organic visibility for the brand by partnering with the product, growth & media teams
    • Drive user engagement and communications with value-add content and brand initiatives
    • Be the voice of the consumer by understanding user needs and pain points through direct interactions with users & business stakeholders as well as data analytics and formulate strategies to elevate the same through product education and communication messages.
    • Identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them
    • Explore new, innovative ideas to solve user problems that differentiate us from the competition
    • Create channel positioning, value proposition and messaging driven by business requirements, product and user insights
    • Craft and manage marketing playbooks as well sales enablement material to support business teams to close deals on both supply and demand side.
    What do we expect
    • Master s in communication or an MBA Marketing degree preferred
    • 6-8+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning or brand marketing roles, preferably a mix of agency and/or consumer tech companies
    • Ability to communicate with potential partners in a friendly and professional manner
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; comfortable multi-tasking and taking the lead
    • Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and comfortable with tight deadlines
    • Inspiring presentation and storytelling skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones, and in a team and/or matrix environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
