Come join us on our journey!About the Role :- We are hiring a Program Lead to build & run a valuable rewards program for our users.- You will be building a rewards programme that is valuable to the customers and therefore to our partners- You will work with the internal teams and the external ecosystem to design the right program construct- You will build campaigns to drive loyalty and therefore growth - Youll be working closely with the various internal and external stakeholders to make the program successful- You will be working closely with product, marketing, category teamsThe Ideal candidate :- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions- Sound understanding of macro, business, and processes; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Customer obsession- Goal-oriented with a get-it-done approach- Self-starter and self-directed- B.E./B.Tech./B.Com./B.B.A. or any other relevant degree; Masters/MBA preferred- 5+ years of experience- Experience in a growth, marketing B2C startups or with Consulting, Investment Banking is a plusTo succeed at Zest, you will need :- Ability to think big and inspire a vision in others - Have extremely high standards in everything you do - you will be required to keep raising the bar - Ability to operate and communicate across teams and functions regardless of hierarchy- High levels of energy and enthusiasm- Be someone who does not take no for an answer and pushes for continuous innovation- Kindness, warmth and a positive, optimistic attitude And why you will love us :- Because pretty much everyone else does!
