Job Description

    • Working with our LOB (line of business) users, collaborate with other technology teams to design, develop, test full stack cloud data solutions such as Snowflake,Starburst.
    • Leading and be responsible for the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience and scalability of your solution.
    • Leading the innovation, perform proof of concept and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies
    • Expert practitioner in one or more technology domains, may be a cross-domain expert able to solve complex and mission critical problems within a business or across the firm.
    • Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, debugs and delivers software enhancements and/or new products.
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Bachelors/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience
    • 12+ years of experience in application development using any of these programming languages: Java/Scala, Spark. Experience working in financial industry is preferred
    • Strong Programming skill with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset is mandatory
    • Hands-on experience in AWS
    • Strong Experience in ETL pipelines using SnowSQL and Snowpipe.
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Lead by influence, mentor junior software engineers, ability to navigate to different teams and business to find solutions to complex problems.
    • Strong on critical thinking, great communication and team work skill is essential to this role.
    • Should have strong experience in designing and architecting systems and demonstrate technical leadership skill
