Job Title Lead Software Engineer Full stackYou will provide technical leadership to design and build applications across tech stacks on Cloud infrastructure e to deliver business value to Fidelity s Institutional clients, being a part of Asset Management Technology division.The Purpose of This RoleAs a LeadSoftware Engineer, for Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) Technology group in India, your role will involve the following at a high level:

• Providing technical vision and hands-on leadership for technology solutions to business requirements, in a full-stack role spanning across UI, middle tier and database, including building test automation for Cloud first applications.
• Modernizing our overall application stack to align with our Enterprise goal of moving towards cloud-based solutions, while being open and flexible to learn new technologies.
• Adhere to best practices and standards to align to our technology blueprint.

• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders understand business and technology requirements for providing technical solutions
• Designing scalable technical solutions, keeping in mind business requirements and architecture roadmap.
• Mentoring and leading other junior engineers on executing Test Driven Design & Development in a CICD mode in support of DevOps.
• Prioritizing and execute in a face paced environment with a focus on quality of deliverable
• Building consensus across multiple stakeholders within the organization & chalk out implementation plans
• Willingness to adapt to changing technology landscape as necessary, by learning new technologies.

• Expertise in object-oriented concepts, multithreading and design patterns
• Experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework,
• Experience working with relational databases and handling large sets of data, with SQL skills.
• Experience with architectural design patterns for High Availability, Performance, and Disaster Recovery for applications on cloud.
• Experience and good understanding of AWS Cloud and DevOps concepts.
• Experience collaborating with other teams for influencing and delivering solutions.
• Expertise in ALM Tool Stack and CI/CD patterns using tools like Jenkins, JIRA, and Git.
• Experience and/or understanding of Container concepts using Docker
• Experience with API development
• Experience working in an Agile construct for project delivery.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Development processes
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Expertise in AWS Cloud based solutioning
• Experience with UI development using Angular
• Experience with test automation
• Experience in Domain Modeling
• Good understanding of data management principles: data modeling, data movement, and data access design patterns; knowledge of Dimensional data modeling and Star Schema concepts
• Knowledge of batch job scheduling and dependency management using scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.
• Knowledge of Security, Authentication, Authorization, Data privacy / encryption, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cryptography and Key Management
• Project tracking with tools like JIRA, RTC
• Working knowledge and/or experience in building Data Analytics solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Expertise in providing technical solutions using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, SQL and Angular (nice to have) on AWS cloud, with a proven ability to pick up new skills and work across tech stacks.
• Experience in Agile project delivery, working with large, distributed global teams.
• Experience with Client interactions; articulating and documenting business requirements as technical requirements
• Certifications are a plus
