    Leading MNC hiring Order Management ProfilePosition: Process Associate / Sr. AssociateExperience: Min 1 yrsCTC: 2.5 to 5 LPALocation: BangaloreQualification: Any DegreeJD:Candidate should have min 1yrs of Experience in Order Management / Sales / Fulfillment - Voice or Non voice with fluency in EnglishEffectively manages incoming calls from clients customers, addresses inquiries and concerns in accordance with established objectives, maintains a high standard of voice quality as agreed upon, handles recurring calls, and aims to achieve set targets to ensure quality compliance.Conducts client transactions, attends to queries or issues, verifies essential details, and resolves customer concerns based on defined standard operating procedures (SOP) and parameters.Ensures accurate documentation of outcomes from the previous transaction on clients accounts, following the prescribed format to meet quality benchmarks.Performs transactions according to specified guidelines and timelines, including document verification, bill processing, data analysis, email-based responses to complaints or queries, and collaborating with vendors for order management, depending on the process, with the goal of meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.Adheres to all predetermined procedures and complies with applicable telesales laws in the specific location to meet SLA objectives.
