Job Description

    Product Marketing Manager About the Role :We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our business vertical Leap Advantage. We are looking for a rockstar with an aptitude for data analysis and a passion for continuously improving growth metrics using effective marketing. You will hold a high bar for the measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for your efforts. The charter for this role will include: - Driving and implementing growth strategy for acquisition and adoption by setting core goals, priorities, and targets- Owning the customer funnel right from the acquisition channel to conversion and user activation.- Collaborating with product & tech teams to increase reach and efficiency across marketing channels as well as product funnels- Partnering with your marketing and content acquisition colleagues to execute promotional and bespoke campaigns- Identifying new user acquisition channels and running marketing campaigns for organic user growth and innovating on growth loops- Take ownership of key growth metrics and work closely with the leadership, as well as design, engineering, and product teams to achieve our growth goals- Capture insights from growth test successes and failures, and communicate them to the broader team Ideal Persona: - 3+ yrs of experience in growth marketing.- Strong drive for execution and delivering results - an ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done however always have an eye for detail- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines- Prior relevant experience of having handled a consumer-facing digital business in a product or marketing role. Working experience with Ed-Tech is a plus- 0 -> 1 experience at a startup is a huge plus - Strong first-principles problem solving - Ability to operate in ambiguity - Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
