Job Description

    Program Manager - Founders Office (New Initiatives) About the Role : We are searching for a Program Manager (New Initiatives) for our Product vertical LeapScholar. A bright and enthusiastic problem solver who can balance product thinking with operational excellence. You will own important metrics and figure out strategies to improve them. You will also build and run processes. Ideal Persona: - 0-1 Experience: Founding member or worked closely in 0-1 phase of product/company.- Experience in working in start-ups or entrepreneurial ventures.- Hands-on with data, SQL is a plus- Excellent in problem-solving, breaking problems into smaller chunks, and creating structure from scratch.- Dealing with ambiguity and operating independently with a high degree of autonomy.- 2-5 years of work experience.- Exposure to data, design, and communication tools- Edtech experience is a plus- Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership. - There is minimal management and extreme autonomy. - If the above defines you, you will fight snugly What is Leap : - In short we are building the platform to drive global careers for millennials from emerging economies- We work at the exciting intersection of the 2 hottest trends around - edtech & fintech!- And we love that we succeed as a business while powering the dreams of talented students!
