The Role:Leap is looking for enthusiastic and result oriented program managers with 3-4 years of experience in driving high impact projects and programs in a hyper growth technology enabled business environment. You will be responsible to take end-to-end ownership of programs and projects, partner closely with the Product, Biz, Tech, Content, Marketing, data and CRM Teams to build robust processes and a strong governance to help drive business metrics.The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:1. Proactively identify high impact areas of improvements across people, policy, process and product domain to deliver on business goals. Take initiatives, own and deliver on identified areas2.
