Job Description

  • Drafting and vetting commercial Agreements.
  • Monitoring timely and efficient filing and system documentation.
  • Liaison with external advocates and other statutory authorities.
  • Provide legal protection and risk management advise under instruction of HOD to various concern department of the company.
  • Review of draft, contracts agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified and, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
  • Provide and interpret legal information, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to HOD and prepare legal strategy for court cases.
  • Policy development on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  • Research, monitoring, amendments and other legal information in the interest of the Company.
  • Drafting, redlining, review and negotiate legal documents including Master Service Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements and other IT associated Agreement.
  • Acquaintance on Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) and The Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST).
  • Candidate should know to read and write Kannada in additional to other regional languages known.
