Job Description

    Job Overview :The role of the Legal Support position in the BPM program is to provide support to TE employees (Business Sponsors), In-scope Business Partners, and legal counsels with the on-boarding, due diligence and approval process in the Securimate software program. The position will report to the Business Partner Management Program Director. The role involves supporting the on-boarding of these Business Partners and includes the following responsibilities:Communicating with TE employees who are Business Sponsors about third-party onboarding - Creating profiles in Securimate and sending out Business Justification forms (BJF) - Sending out Business Partner Questionnaires (BPQ) to the Third-Parties - Reviewing BJFs and BPQs upon return - Supporting Sponsors with their roles and responsibilities - Withdrawing profiles when necessary - Sending reminders through Securimate and email - Troubleshooting and ad-hoc support to SponsorsCommunicating with TE employees who are Legal Counsel -Assisting them with the due diligence and case management workflows in the on-boarding process; Ordering due diligence investigations; Reviewing due diligence investigations, data base checks and media monitoring -Uploading contracts and engagement letters -Guiding third-parties through annual renewal process -Approving profiles in Securimate on behalf of business unit legal counsel -Sending reminders through Securimate and email -Training Legal Counsel -Providing reports and analytics to Legal Counsel for managing the on-boarding of Business Partners -Supporting Legal Counsel with their roles and responsibilitiesBPM Project Team -Reporting and updating activities as required by BPM Director -Supporting standardization and best practices -Supporting Compliance Counsel as required -Blocking/unblocking of in-scope customers and vendors in SAP -Supporting SSU requests in EMEA (review and approve/deny request) -Supporting charitable donation requests through YourCause platform -Providing reports and analytics to Compliance Counsel for managing the Commercial Legal teams. i.e. Quarterly Data Analytics reports-Supporting our TEOA Star Level Journey, currently Star Level 5 -Supporting our constant process improvement -Supporting implementation of our Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption (ABAC) third party training Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation,
