Learn more about PTC on https://www.ptc.com/en/about As a part of the PTC License Compliance team, the License Compliance Sales Consultant will be responsible for the software license compliance sales at SMB segment from an assigned territory. This vibrant and dynamic role entails working closely with internal teams, third-party audit/law firms and customers to determine if the PTC customer is in compliance with the terms and conditions of its PTC End User Agreement(s), licensing, and business practices. The License Compliance Sales Consultant interfaces with customers to resolve compliance issues and ensures proper compensation to PTC while preserving the customer relationship. The role is demanding, involving multiple stakeholders, and requires negotiations, sound judgment, critical thinking, superior analytical skills, a service-oriented demeanour, project management skills, process improvement capabilities, refined communication skills, and precise attention to detail.
