Job Description

Experience: 4 to 10 Years Location: Banfgalore JD :

  • LogicMonitor Engine, Collector, LogicMonitor dashboards, Configuration Management
  • Understanding on QoS, Multicast, MPLS, Traffic, IP Telephony, Performance
  • Understanding of Cisco IP SLA, NetFlow, Multicast and VOIP
  • Integration experience with ServiceNoW, Chef and network automation tools
  • Database knowledge: Oracle & Postgres with SQL query language
  • Understanding and/or experience with cloud platforms and services: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in technical support, field engineering, or systems administration
  • Experience in Linux/Windows/Network administration and operations desirable
  • Experience with monitoring solutions and/or associated protocols (WMI, SNMP, JDBC, HTTP, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of scripting and ability to write basic scripts
  • Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
