Job Description

    This position support customer service and delivery activities by coordinating and directing teams tasked with shipping, receiving, and storage of goods. Prime responsibility is focus on order fulfillment and supply chain coordination, as well as personnel management.Job Responsibilities -
    • Initiates, develops and implements programs in the areas of import, exports and inventory management of finished goods.
    • Should be well versed and independently handle EOU and import and export shipment regulations.
    • Knowledge of EOU compliance activities like D-9 running bond, Annexure III, bonding activities, consumption reports etc.,
    • Independently handle customs queries related to import and export shipments.
    • Handle Stores and Raw material inventory management with periodic cycle count efficiency.
    • Planning and supervising shipments from production to various distribution centers/end-user
    • Directs the preparation and training of proper shipping documents and ensures shipments reaches destination in timely manner meeting compliance requirements of each country.
    • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
    • Arrange warehouse for finished goods, plan shipment process and shipment routes.
    • Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to Import & exports.
    • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
    • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
    • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement projects related to imports and exports.
    • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws.
    • Follows all standard operating procedures. Reviews and implements new standard operating procedures.
    • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
    Education and/or Experience:
    • Diploma/ BE in any stream with 10+ years experience in handling Import/ export and EOU compliance.
    • Should have experience in working with cGMP and GMP Industry.
    • Should have Experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industries.
