Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Administrating, maintaining, and deploying various new services, M365-based business solutions and well as establishing standards, processes, and configuration guidelinesImplementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint online, One Drive, Intune, MAM / MDM, Autopilot, Widows Virtual Desktop, etcImplements, Conditional Access/Tenant policies, M365 mobile device management and IntuneCommunicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences.Establish and perform the M365 best practices for providing unassailable solutions for OneAmerica Associates both technical and non-technicalPerform administrative maintenance on the M365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocationsPerform product testing and integration testingIdentify security risks on M365 environment and services and suggest mitigationDeveloping and promoting standard operations documentation such as procedures, checklists, Knowledge Base Articles and user instructionsAnalyzing designing and implementing new technologies for applications within the M365 environmentPut together detailed strategies for new applications and technologiesPerforming root cause analysis and repair of technical issues and trends to include assisting team members as neededExperience:8 + Years with implementing cloud technologies (M365, Azure)4+ yrs. of experience with M365 support (including MS TEAMS, Sharepoint Online, Onedrive)4+ yrs. of M365 Administrative experience3+ yrs.
