The team also focuses on managing the projectdemands as part of managing BAU activities. We continue to evolve our deliveryoperating model whilst extending our processes into other products. We havecontinued to focus on reducing cost and improving quality whilst minimisingdelivery risk, improving speed and providing complete transparency. This rolehas Global reach and reports into the Unified EndPoint Manager whilecollaborating with the Business Relationship Management teams, EnterpriseArchitects, dedicated external IS service providers and Support teams todeliver and embed best in class solutions. The specialist will work withDiageo PMs, BAs, BPs as well as the internal CoE teams for day to day supportoperations. He/She will also be involved in re-designing/streamliningprocesses across the Product operations as needed and focus on continuousservice improvement.ResponsibilitiesThe key accountabilities of the role are as below -Should have extensive knowledge on Mac administrationMac OS upgrades and patching using Jamf / Workspace one / other toolsPrior work experience in handling more than 1000 mac devices at a minimum anenvironmentApplication packaging and distribution for MacExcellent troubleshooting skills for issues related to OS, applications on MacKnowledge on managing apple mobile devicesManage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex ITDrive Problem Management with focus on RCA and proactive problem managementDrive Service improvement projects across in with internal and partner teamsBring Industry best practices to ensure operational stabilityAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changing business models andOrganization structuresProvide support to all MAC OS escalated issuesReview and approve all Knowledge Base articles related to MAC OS supportEngage and ensure any security changes or initiatives that might have MAC OSrelated impacts are evaluated and reviewed with the IT operations and supportorganizationAssist the Desktop Support team with participation in enterprise projectdeploymentsProvide mentoring, education, guidance, assistance and training for other teammembers regarding technical support processes and technologiesThis requires excellent communication skills to work across teams to solvedaily operational incidents and to coordinate Endpoint management activities.Understanding and familiarity with networking concepts. In particular, theroles of DHCP (renew and release leases), DNS (nsupdate), VPN (in particular,Cisco AnyConnect)Skills & Qualification:We are looking for a candidate with university/college degreeMAC OS: Minimum 7 years Hands-On experience in iOS, Macintosh, Installation,Configuration, Troubleshooting Mastery level knowledge of supporting, managingand implementing MAC Operating Systems Knowledge of the role of the keychainsin the user experience and overall knowledge of root and site certificates andtheir role in secure communication/browsing in macOSHigh level of knowledge in Microsoft products for the Mac, including Office2016 (O365), Exchange, Skype for Business, OneDrive and OneNote. Thisknowledge is to include deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of theseproductsAn in-depth understanding of the OS imaging process using either JAMF,Workspace one or any other toolsHigh level of familiarity with Mac management at the command line level.Experience with both bash scripting and AppleScript.Comfort with running scripts that change user context (so the script is run asthe logged-in user rather than as root).Familiarity with integration of Apple devices (Mac laptop, desktop, iOS mobiledevices)Experience with the installation and configuration of security tools on macOSExpertise in Issue management, vendor management, internal and externalstakeholder skillsMac,
