Job Description

ARiSE Labs in RBEI seeks Software Research Engineers with experience in applications of Deep learning/ Machine Learning technologies in industry scale projects. ARiSE Labs is embarking on an exciting transformation on building the next generation software engineering automation by democratizing and domesticating A.I./Machine Learning . This position is expected to work in collaboration with academic/ industrial research partners to incubate nascent technologies and develop demonstrable, innovative solutions for industrial adoption. Individuals with high motivation for generating inventions, absorbing new technical trends in relevant areas and good hands-on coding skills in languages such as Python, R, Julia are preferred.As individual contributor, you will be responsible for building models a to derive insights from large amounts of diverse data. you will be part of a highly technical Engineering team and play a visible role in implementing A.I./Machine Learning techniques. You will be developing AI centric architectural pipelines for realizing business aligned use cases in the space of Software Engineering Automation. Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams is must. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment desired and help in quicker transformation for lab to platform products. You possess a strong will to learn and educate, as well as are motivated by the opportunity to be a part of an industry-leading technology and innovation organization.You are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Extensive Hands-on Experience in Python, R or Java. Hands on implementation of ML algorithms one or more of the Frameworks such as KERAS, TensorFLow, OpenAI etc.
  • Should have been in atleast 2 full scale real word projects in any one Industry such as healthcare, automotive, consumer products, retail and manufacturing.
  • Strong Publications and Experience in NLP and Text Analytics with clear fundamentals on IE/IR/Knowledge Graphs/Ontologies.
Technical Responsibilities
  • Ability to identify, understand and implement relevant research findings from technical publications
  • Design, implementation, and deployment of technical prototypes from research ideas for industry relevant uses cases targeting internal and external clients.
  • Develop innovative, scalable and dynamic solutions to industry scale problems.
  • Collaborate with other Machine Learning Researchers and Engineers, to address challenges head on.
  • Contribute intellectual property through patents, Internal Research Reports.
  • Publish in international top quality conferences
  • Demonstrate quick turnaround time in POC/Solution/Project Development with strong technical expertise as Independent Contributors
