Position Title : ASO Manager Work Location : BangaloreThe ASO Manager is a crucial role for Khatabook that has responsibility for both strategy and execution. We are searching for someone who will have a proven track record of digging into the weeds, making data-driven decisions, and effectively communicating with internal and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate would be interested in building and refining the ASO strategy for our website and apps. The candidate must have experience in ASO. The candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, and have good technical & analytical skills. Role & Responsibilities :- Leading and directing the implementation of strategic and operational on and off page ASO strategies, campaigns, and optimization- Perform keyword research for Apps and web pages to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities and expand the keyword set.- Work with content and local marketing teams to drive content creation for apps and web pages/blogs.- Analyzing ASO and SEO techniques used by competitors- Leading technical ASO analysis and identifying & executing website and App optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions- Developing, tracking and monitoring ASOtargets, including KPIs and OKRs, in alignment with business strategy- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams- Staying ahead of industry changes and acting as our in-house expert on new approaches to ASO- Optimizing Apps on both Play store and App store and improve rankings for app keywords both on Play store and App store.- Improve App organic traffic and Analyse click to install and uninstall rate for the apps. Requirements :- 4-5 years of experience in ASO, content marketing and Organic growth, working knowledge of search engine optimization practices, ideally in a start-up- Technical proficiency, including the ability to communicate with developers- An analytical mindset with solid understanding of ASO/SEO KPIs- Proficiency with ASO tools, including Google Play Console and crawling software- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work within a team and independently- Experience of working in Fintech industry is a plusTools Expertise :- Experience on tools like Google Webmasters, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog, Google play console, ASO tools, CMS environments such as WordPress etc.,
